Find harmony through self care

Philosophy

My philosophy is all about creating a welcoming, neutral space where everyone feels safe and valued. I believe self-care is for everyone, especially those in under represented communities who might not always feel at home in traditional spas. It’s about prioritising well-being without judgement, and offering a place where people can relax, recharge, and just be themselves.

My journey to Revive

Hi, I'm Caitlin (she/her),

My journey into massage therapy began over 10 years ago when my eldest children were still in nursery. At the time, I was looking for something meaningful to focus on outside of my family life, and massage training felt like the perfect way to combine my love for helping others with the flexibility I needed as a parent. As the years went by, I grew my skills and expanded the services I offered, always with the goal of doing more for those around me.

Over time, I began to notice something: members of the geek, gaming, and alternative communities—people I deeply connect with—often put their own well-being last. Many of us have experienced feeling out of place or unwelcome in traditional spas or salons. Whether it's due to appearance, interests, or simply not fitting a specific mould, it can be hard to find a place where we can truly relax and feel accepted.

This realisation led me to create Revive Retreat. I wanted to build a space that was not only welcoming but also neutral—designed to be neither too masculine nor too feminine—so that everyone, regardless of background or identity, could feel comfortable and safe. I’m proud to offer a place where people can come, unwind, and receive care without judgement or exclusion. Revive Retreat is my way of giving back to the community that has always been a part of my journey, and I’m so excited to continue supporting everyone who walks through our doors.

Where relaxation meets rejuvenation—let us guide you to a place of peace, healing, and renewal. Embrace your inner calm with our unique touch.
